1. The purpose of this document is to define the terms and conditions of the rental of a furnished tourist accommodation by the lessor to the lessee for the duration and under the conditions determined at the time of the reservation made by the lessee on the website.
2. The rental begins and ends on the dates and at the times indicated by the renter when booking on the website.
3. It is agreed that in the event of cancellation by the hirer the following charges will be invoiced:
– 90 days or more before the start of your stay: deposit returned,
– from 89 days to 30 days before the start of the stay: 30% of the rent,
– from 29 days to 15 days before the start of your stay: 50% of the rent,
– less than 15 days before the start of your stay: 100% of the rent.
No partial refund will be made if the entire stay is not used.
4. The tenant undertakes to occupy the premises personally and to take good care of them. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental period are at the customer’s expense. He ensures that the peace and quiet of the neighborhood is not disturbed by his occupation of the premises.
5. The premises are rented furnished and equipped with appliances, kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware, bed linen, towels, bath mats, tea towels, comforters and pillows. The lessee shall inform the lessor, within 24 hours of taking possession of the premises, of any anomaly noted with regard to the furniture and furnishings as well as the condition of the premises.
6. On departure, the lessor is entitled to claim from the lessee the full replacement value of broken or damaged objects, furniture and electrical appliances, as well as the cost of cleaning textiles and paint soiled during the stay. The cost of any damage is deducted from the security deposit. It is the tenant’s responsibility to contact his insurance company at a later date, if he has one, to request reimbursement of these sums.
7. The deposit and the balance of the rental are paid by bank transfer. The security deposit is paid by credit card when the keys are handed over. If the cost of damages and replacements exceeds the amount of the security deposit, the tenant will make up the difference before departure.
8. The tenant shall not be entitled to any reduction or compensation in the event that repairs due to breakdowns or accidents become necessary during the rental period, nor in the event of any interruption in the general and public services of the rented premises (hot and cold water, heating, electricity, ADSL, etc.), for example in the event of a storm or fire.
9. The Lessor accepts no responsibility in the event of theft from the premises.
10. The sauna and elevator are used under the exclusive responsibility of the lessee, and the lessor cannot be held liable in the event of lack of supervision or accident.
11. Pets are not allowed.
12. Cottages are non-smoking.
13. Parties are not permitted.
14. Cleaning service at the end of the stay is included, with the exception of kitchen areas, which are the responsibility of the tenant. The following items (not included in the cleaning service) are the sole responsibility of the tenant prior to departure: replacing furniture and objects moved during the stay, washing and tidying dishes, emptying refrigerators, cleaning ovens, removing rubbish, disposing of any objects or waste, cleaning the barbecue and stoves (wood and/or pellets). Failure to comply with this provision may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
15. Due to the high risk of fire, the use of the barbecue may be subject to restrictions. It is the responsibility of the hirer to enquire about any such restrictions with the relevant authorities. The lessor cannot be held liable in the event of lack of supervision or accident.
16. Tourist taxes are not included and will be collected when the keys are handed over.
